Overview:
We are looking for a finance guru to lead the financial heartbeat of our vibrant resort. Margaritaville Kansas City is looking for a dynamic Director of Finance to steer our financial operations, drive profitability, and support our laid-back, yet high-performing team.
What You'll Do:

• Oversee all financial operations, from budgeting to forecasting
  
• Craft smart financial strategies to boost revenue and profits
  
• Provide insights to senior management for key decision-making
  
• Monitor financial performance and identify areas for growth
  
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls

  Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or related field (or equivalent experience)
    
  • 5+ years in a finance leadership role, ideally in hospitality
    
  • Strong financial analysis, accounting, and reporting skills
    
  • Proficiency in financial systems and software
