Job Description:
A company is looking for a Financial Controller to oversee
accounting and financial reporting across multiple operating
companies.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement standardized accounting processes and robust
internal control systems
Create and manage comprehensive financial reporting frameworks and
coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors
Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and establish
key performance indicators for different operating units
Required Qualifications
CPA certification with 10+ years of progressive accounting
experience
Proven experience in managing complex accounting operations with
international tax considerations
Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and relevant regulatory
frameworks
Advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Demonstrated expertise in position reconciliation for tradefi and
crypto assets
