Job Description:
A company is looking for an Insurance Financial Analyst to join
their captive insurance team.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze data and processes to identify trends and opportunities for
improvement within captive insurance
Assist in developing and maintaining reports and dashboards to
track key performance indicators (KPIs)
Support the implementation of business solutions and process
improvements aligned with organizational goals
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics,
Information Systems, or a related field
2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the
financial services industry
Solid understanding of financial markets, financial accounting, and
risk management techniques
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools;
experience with business intelligence software is a plus
Familiarity with captive insurance concepts and regulatory
requirements is preferred but not required
