Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Billing/Services
Representative II (Remote) in Medical Oncology.
Key Responsibilities
Obtain and verify insurance information from patients and provide
financial assistance options
Register new patients, assist with form completion, and manage
appointment reminders
Explain the billing process to patients and staff, and assist with
account maintenance
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification
Basic Life Support certification from an approved provider
Three years of experience in billing systems, third-party claims,
or a medical office setting
Experience in related customer service roles
A driver's license is not required for this position
