Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Technical Writer to join
their Customer Happiness team for a six-month project.
Key Responsibilities
Create and standardize help site support articles across
platforms
Maintain up-to-date documentation in line with new app and site
versions
Organize and publish content using the CMS platform Sanity
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer
Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
2-4 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the
technology or software industry
Proficiency in CMS platforms (e.g., Sanity, WordPress, Drupal, or
similar)
Knowledge of crypto via a dApp, non-custodial wallet, or
centralized exchange
Experience in creating and managing chatbot content (e.g., ChatGPT,
Dialogflow, or similar)
