Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Revenue Cycle
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a department and offshore partner to manage all revenue cycle
functions including authorization, billing, coding, and
collections
Develop and implement revenue cycle strategies, metrics, and
performance reports to maximize efficiency and cash collections
Maintain relationships with patients, physicians, and payers while
resolving issues and providing insights to the executive team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of five years of progressive experience in revenue cycle
management in a healthcare setting
Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar software, including
working with offshore partners
Proven knowledge of revenue cycle functions and relevant Federal
and State laws
Prior experience leading teams to enhance revenue cycle
processes
Experience in report generation and data analysis techniques
