Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Infrastructure Support Manager to
ensure the efficient functioning of its IT infrastructure
operations.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate Help Desk activities, including performance
metrics and issue resolution
Collaborate on the development and administration of the IT
disaster recovery plan
Manage infrastructure support requests, mentor staff, and ensure
compliance with standards
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or
related field
6+ years of IT experience, including 2 years in a supervisory
role
Knowledge of IT Service Management processes
Proficiency with MS Office products
Working knowledge of infrastructure and desktop technologies
