Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Customer Success & Experience
Program Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement an operational cadence for Customer Success
Executives to ensure efficient execution of business processes
Optimize existing business processes and maintain comprehensive
documentation for the Customer Success team
Design enablement programs to support Customer Success Executives
in achieving customer satisfaction and retention goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
5 or more years of experience in Customer Success/Services in an
Enterprise Software or Cloud-based Services company
Experience leading delivery projects with cross-functional teams
using traditional and agile methodologies
Familiarity with Salesforce and data analysis tools (Tableau,
Excel, Google Sheets)
Demonstrated ability to achieve program success through influence
and partnership
