Oversee P&L management to meet financial targets and enhance
profitability
Develop and execute a comprehensive product line strategy aligned
with business objectives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 8 years of management experience
Experience with electrical products and proven P&L
management
Strong understanding of market dynamics and M&A processes
Knowledge of sustainability initiatives and ESG strategies
