Job Description:
A company is looking for an Accounts Payable & Receivable
Manager to oversee the accounts payable and receivable functions
and manage the accounting team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions,
overseeing respective teams and ensuring accurate processing of
invoices and payments
Perform monthly reconciliations and produce financial reports for
the Cloud at Work entity
Develop and implement new procedures to enhance departmental
workflows and mentor accounting staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
At least 5 years of experience in accounts receivable and accounts
payable, including 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Basic Excel skills and experience with Sage Intacct
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
tasks
US-based location in an Eastern time zone or ability to work an
Eastern time zone-based schedule
