A company is looking for a Director, Customer Partner.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end or co-managed revenue cycle
engagement
Support internal efforts to enhance KLAS and NPS scores
Develop standardized templates for analysis and client
presentations
Required Qualifications
8-10 years of operational experience
At least 4 years in progressive leadership roles
Experience in revenue cycle management
Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
Strong understanding of operational objectives and performance
metrics
