Job Description:
Title: Staff Mammographer Job Type: Permanent/Direct Hire
Setting: Radiology Location: Lawrence, KS Schedule: Full-time day
shift, Mon-Thur 8A-8P and Fri 7A-3:30P Pay: Competitive based on
experience, plus a full benefits package! The responsibility of the
Mammography Technologist includes but not limited to: - Empathetic
and instructional approach to patient care, the preparation,
operation of imaging, collection data using computers, necessary
imaging devices and care of instrumentation, patient physical
safety and radiation safety - Perform a variety of exams at the
direction of the Radiologist and Radiology protocols. - Aid other
departments by operating radiology equipment for procedures in
other areas of the hospital. - Adhere to State Licensure scope of
practice and medical staff approved protocols. Favorite Healthcare
