    • Job Requirements
    • Required - Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification
    • Valid Picture ID (State Drivers License, Passport, or State ID Card)
    • American Heart Association only. ACLS required for: ACU, Cath Lab, CCU, DOU, ED/ER, ICU, L&D, OR, PACU, RT, SDS and Tele
    • American Heart Association only. ENPC is acceptable in lieu of PALS. Required for: ER, PACU, Cath Lab, RT, SDS & all Pediatric RNs
    • American Heart Association only. NALS is also acceptable. Required for: NICU, L&D and Postpartum
    • Required for ER. Must be source verified. (Will need to email ENA site for verification).
    • Proof of current license
    • Primary Source Verification
    • IV Certification (LVN/LPN)
    • FIRE CARD (LA City facilities only - EHMC & SOH)
    • MAB is required for ER and Psych
    • Sonographer - Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) Certificate
    • Full background/criminal check - Aya standard search, 7 years of all counties lived/worked, nationwide, sex offender
    • Reference Checks (minimum of two)
