  - Pending License OK - Must be in hand prior to start

        Additional Details
        
        Drivers License/State ID Required
        
        Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start
        
        Required annually for HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgement
        
        P/F Advanced Dysrhythmia required prior to start for RNs in specific units
        
        Candidate must review and sign Confidentiality Agreement
        
        Drug Screen required within 30 days of start
