Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager of Network Management
in Behavioral Health.
Key Responsibilities
Negotiate and conduct high-level reviews of contracts with complex
providers to enhance provider networks
Recruit providers to meet network expansion goals and support
health plan initiatives
Coordinate and manage contracting activities, including auditing
and building contracts in management systems
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of network contracting/management experience
3-5 years of experience in negotiating and executing complex
strategies
In-depth knowledge of the managed care industry and behavioral
health topics
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience
Ability to work remotely in PA, DE, and NH
