Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Virtual Assistant to
ensure a positive customer experience through various support
channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media in
a timely and professional manner
Troubleshoot customer issues and find satisfactory resolutions
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and
transactions
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree
preferred
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a
plus
