HR Support Coordinator Pride Health is hiring a HR Support Coordinator for one of its clients in Kansas.This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension with competitive pay and benefits. Location - Kansas City, KS 66061Length of assignment - 3 months (Possibility of Extension)Pay range - $18 - $22 per hour.Shift - Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm Job SummaryWe are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Support Coordinator to join our team. This role will provide essential administrative support to the HR department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. Job Duties

• Assist with day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate HR activities, such as training sessions, meetings, and performance evaluations.
• Prepare reports and documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team with special projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in an office environment, preferably within HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
