Staff Web Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Web Engineer, UI Foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive foundational investments across design systems, digital accessibility, and UI tooling
Collaborate with Design, Product, and Marketing to develop flexible solutions for design concepts
Identify opportunities to simplify the frontend web stack and address technical debt

Required Qualifications

10+ years of industry and web development experience
Strong expertise in building high-performance, accessible, and scalable frontend web experiences
Extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as React, Preact, Angular, Next, Vue, or Meteor
Fluency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript
Preferred experience with design systems and digital accessibility
