Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Examiner - Non-Trucking
Liability (NTL) to handle and resolve complex claims.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct investigations to determine coverage, assess liability, and
evaluate damages for complex claims
Prepare coverage correspondence and respond to inquiries regarding
claims coverage
Negotiate settlement values and manage claims documentation, while
mentoring less experienced representatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
5-7 years of highly complex, specialty claims experience
Experience with MedPay/PIP and UM/UIM claims
Background in evaluating and handling litigated bodily injury
claims
Trucking experience is helpful
