Job Description:
A company is looking for a Growth Lead to drive user acquisition
and engagement within the Neon EVM ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Create and implement a comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy
for user acquisition and retention
Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including VCs and
strategic partners
Conceptualize and implement loyalty and incentive programs to
enhance user engagement
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in developing and executing GTM strategies in
tech or Web3 environments
Expertise in user growth initiatives and data-driven
decision-making
Experience in public speaking and brand advocacy
Knowledge of blockchain and Web3 industries
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
