Required Qualifications
Proven experience leading product design in fast-paced startups
Expertise in design tools, particularly Figma and Notion
Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and fast
execution
Ability to develop scalable design systems aligned with business
goals
Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including Sales and
Engineering
