Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Representative -
Remote Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
Provide inbound and outbound support for patient acquisition and
retention strategies through various communication channels
Handle patient inquiries, eligibility determinations, physician
referrals, and event registrations while maintaining adherence to
protocols
Document and escalate unresolved issues and patient complaints in a
professional manner
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
1-3 years of customer service and/or healthcare experience
required
Telephone/call center experience required
Working knowledge of Windows-based computer environment
required
Preferred: Two years of college education
