Key Responsibilities
Understand and address customer needs while providing
resolutions
Collaborate with a remote team to deliver troubleshooting and
customer support
Assist customers through various communication channels and
identify process improvements
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in customer service, operations, or tech
support, or as a leader in a self-care business
Flexibility to work extended hours and on-call during holidays
Strong technical aptitude and ability to explain technology to
customers
High emotional intelligence and sophisticated interpersonal
skills
Commitment to a specific work schedule, including Mondays and
weekdays
