A company is looking for a User Support Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Intake, analyze, research, and explain technical troubleshooting
solutions related to the platform
Assist stakeholders with onboarding and general support issues
Document conversations and exchanges in the support ticketing
system
Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
1+ years of user support experience
2+ years of experience in solving complex challenges
Experience in a high-energy environment with multi-tasking
Insurance industry experience is a plus
