Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Stock and Prepare Vehicles: Receive and inspect incoming vehicles, then stock them in the Reconditioning Center for distribution to retail.
  
• Detail Vehicles: Wash, buff, and minor paint touch-ups to restore vehicles to their original condition. Vacuum interiors, clean surfaces, and apply protective agents to maintain their appearance.
  
• Inspect and Record Vehicle Condition: Perform thorough inspections and maintain accurate records of each vehicle's condition, identifying and completing repairs as needed.
  
• Collaborate with Reconditioning Center Management: Work closely with management to determine the best course of action for each vehicle, whether to repair or reject inventory based on estimated costs and overall quality.
