Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Closing Assistant to support
mortgage processing and closings remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage loan pipelines in collaboration with a stateside
teammate
Review underwriting loan approvals and coordinate requests for
conditions
Document and improve processes and systems related to mortgage
closings
Required Qualifications:
Ability to handle high production stress and meet tight
deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and G Suite
Experience with mortgage closings
Familiarity with Encompass and Blend is a plus
Strong analytical skills
