Key Responsibilities
Research and identify opportunities for operational or programmatic
grants
Manage relationships with funders and prepare materials for
engagement
Lead the writing and submission of grant proposals and
inquiries
Required Qualifications
Proven success in securing operational and programmatic grants
Experience in the housing and homelessness funding sector
Established relationships with foundations and donors
Strong research and tracking capabilities
Advanced organizational and time management skills
