They are responsible for organizing, coordinating and implementing various DE&I activities and ensuring alignment with the broader organizational goals. The DE&I Partner will work closely with sectors and HBS, people resource groups and external partners to execute DE&I strategies, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.Duties:

• DE&I program oversight.
• Lead and support the diversity council and senior leadership in aligning DE&I initiatives with the broader organizational strategy.
• Perform benchmarking and share DE&I trends with the organization.
• Respond to key DE&I inquiries and surveys.
• Collaborate with people resource groups on strategy and activities to maximize engagement, help develop leaders and attract, develop and retain talent.
• Advise, consult and train people managers and leaders in inclusive leadership and building balanced teams.
• Collaborate with talent management and HR Business Partners to improve internal mobility, career pathing and succession planning for diverse talent.
• Develop annual DE&I calendar and communicate, coordinate, facilitate and/or support corresponding activities.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field preferred. Equivalent years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience required in designing and implementing Diversity, Equity & Inclusion programs or initiatives.
  • DE&I licensing highly preferred.
  • Experience working in the AEC industry preferred.
  • Excellent program/project management skills, with expertise in building, managing and scaling complex programs and initiatives that involve significant change management, high profile outcomes and multiple partners.We take care of our people.
