Job Title Sr GIS Analyst Job Description Summary The Senior GIS
Analyst is a critical role that requires 5-7 years of experience in
GIS. This position demands a thorough understanding of GIS
concepts, analytics, data visualization (both static and
interactive), automation, and solution development. The ideal
candidate will exhibit strong leadership qualities, capable of
managing projects and mentoring junior team members. Proficiency in
scripting and coding for automated processes is essential. Job
Description Duties and Responsibilities: Production:
- Expertise in Static GIS Concepts:
- Demographics reports
- Data analytics and management
- Static mapping visualizations
- Data mining and manipulation
- Advanced Knowledge of Interactive GIS Concepts:
- 3D environment creation and manipulation
- WebApp creation and maintenance
- Data and visualization dashboarding
- Business analytics and dashboarding
- Mastery of Core ESRI ArcGIS Toolkit Applications:
- ArcMap
- ArcPro & extensions
- ArcGIS Online & extensions
- ArcGIS Enterprise & extensions
- Business Analyst (Desktop and Online)
- Advanced Knowledge of Additional GIS Applications:
- ArcGIS Platform
- ArcGIS Arcade

- Assign work to junior team members Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geospatial Science, Computer
Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of GIS-related experience
- Proven expertise in ESRI ArcGIS suite and other GIS
applications
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and
JavaScript
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team Cushman &

compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will
depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a
collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the
work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the
candidate's experience and qualifications. The company will not pay
less than minimum wage for this role. The compensation for the
position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00 Cushman & Wakefield provides
