Lead Retirement Plan Analyst

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Lead Plan Admin Analyst - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

Produce weekly and monthly reporting to ensure goals are met
Manage complex retirement plans and provide guidance on escalated issues
Lead training, onboarding, and project management for the plan administration team

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
3-5 years of experience in Retirement Plans Administration
Strong mathematical and Excel skills
Ability to manage data and process financial transactions accurately
QKA or equivalent designation preferred
