Job Description:
A company is looking for a Complex Denials Consultant to
represent healthcare providers in disputes with insurance carriers
during the administrative appeals process.
Key Responsibilities
Assist recovery staff in developing legal and procedural arguments
for appeals
Draft complex appeals and letters to insurance companies
Review client contract language and apply it to resolve denied
claims
Required Qualifications
Law degree from an accredited college or university
Barred in one state or bar eligible within 6 months of
graduation
