Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Consultant (Creatio).
Key Responsibilities
Analyze client business processes and define functional
requirements, mapping them to Creatio's capabilities
Lead project execution, manage scope, plan, and budget, ensuring
timely completion of documentation and deliverables
Conduct user acceptance testing and end-user training, while
maintaining client satisfaction throughout the project
lifecycle
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of experience implementing CRM solutions, with at least 2
years in a client-facing role
Experience with enterprise-class CRM solutions, preferably Creatio,
Dynamics 365 Sales, or Sage CRM
Experience in a consulting or professional services organization is
required
Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including
waterfall and agile
