Description:Shannahan Crane & Hoist is seeking an experienced
Overhead Crane Sales Representative to help expand our new
equipment sales. We are looking for a highly successful individual
who is focused on acquiring and developing new
accounts.Responsibilities of the outside sales representative
include maintaining relationships with current client base, cross
selling all products to existing clients, cold calling to new
clients, setting appointments and acquiring new clients.Shannahan
Crane & Hoist has two locations in St. Louis, MO and Kansas City,
KSThis position will service customers within the Kansas City and
surrounding area. Shannahan Crane & Hoist is family owned and has
been in business for over 60 years.Territory: Kansas, Nebraska,
Iowa, Oklahoma, and portion of Missouri.Outside Sales

RepresentativeJob Summary:AMQUIP is seeking an experienced Outside
Sales Representative to sell our line of industrial equipment,
including overhead cranes to customers in various industries. The
ideal candidate will have a proven history of meeting and exceeding
sales goals, effective communication and negotiation skills, and
the ability to build and maintain relationships with
clients.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain relationships with
current and potential clients in the assigned territory.Follow up
qualified leads and contacts.Organize, manage, and drive sales to
support sustained growth in assigned territory.Efficiently
coordinate pre- and post-sales support to achieve customer
satisfaction.Develop pipeline of opportunities to meet or exceed
budget.Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and
contracts.Update and maintain CRM system covering the customers in
the territory.Develop and maintain relationships with current and
potential clients in the assigned territory.Conduct product
demonstrations and presentations to clients and prospective
customers.Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure
sales.Collaborate with internal teams, such as engineering,
service, and installation, to ensure customer needs are met.Keep up
to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market
changes.Attend trade shows and events to network and promote
products. Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business
administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred3+
years of outside sales experience, preferably in industrial
equipment sales.Effective communication, negotiation, and people
skills.Excellent time management and prioritization skills.Ability
to travel frequently and work independently.Knowledge of overhead
cranes preferred.Engineering and technical experience is a
plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM
software.Compensation:-- Base salary plus commission and additional
bonus for overachieving budget.-- Benefits package, including
