Job Description:
A company is looking for a Healthcare Collections Specialist to
perform specialized collection work for clients to reduce
outstanding accounts receivables.
Key Responsibilities
Document accurate and up-to-date information in account history
across multiple software systems while maintaining
confidentiality
Assist patients with payment arrangements and provide suggestions
for resources to pay their medical accounts through inbound and
outbound calls
Collaborate with a virtual team to meet daily and monthly
collection goals while adhering to compliance regulations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred experience in collections
Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
Proficient PC knowledge with typing speed of 30-40 wpm
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
