Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Scrum Manager to
facilitate Agile processes and support product development.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage Agile teams, empowering self-organization and
utilizing appropriate techniques
Promote continuous improvement of Agile practices and coach team
members on effective methodologies
Track project operations, manage risks, and communicate project
status to stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile
environment
Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies
Experience with backlog tracking and performance metrics
BS degree or equivalent experience in computer science or
engineering
Ability to influence and coach teams towards high performance
