Job Description:
A company is looking for an Electrical Engineer II to support
various programs related to marine engineering.
Key Responsibilities
Perform calculations and apply electrical engineering principles to
address technical issues in the design of USCG ships and marine
vessels
Communicate technical principles directly to clients and conduct
quality assurance reviews of analyses and drawings
Design electric and electronic systems, evaluate new electronics'
effects on system performance, and review system design
specifications
Required Qualifications
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a United States DOD
Security Clearance
B.S. Degree or higher in Technical, Engineering, or Marine Degree
from an ABET accredited institution
2+ years of experience developing and integrating shipboard C5I
systems on Naval or Marine vessels
Meets Department of Defense IAT Level II Baseline Certification
Requirements
Familiarity with US Navy, USCG, ABS, and/or commercial ship design
rules and regulations
